Landmark Appraising’s great service starts with a friendly staff with a commitment to deliver accurate appraisals in a timely fashion (typically within two business days of inspection). Our web services allows you to easily order and monitor the status of your orders. CalyxPoint users will enjoy the ability to directly upload orders to our system. Start by “Registering Company and User.” Each company can have multiple users. From there, you can use the “Existing User Login” to place orders and monitor their status.
Pricing is everything when is comes to selling a home. It will be very difficult to sell your home if you are priced more than 3% over market value. An appraisal will provide you with an unbiased professional opinion of the market value of your home. Use the “Order Private Appraisal” option to place your order.
